St John's Court Guest House

The historic prominence of Canterbury has been well documented through the ages, from the 12th century martyrdom of Thomas Becket when he was murdered in the legendary Cathedral, to the famous Canterbury Tales as penned by Geoffrey Chaucer. Chaucer's writings were inspired by Becket's martyrdom and the subsequent pilgrimages to the local Cathedral which has never ceased to be one the world’s most significant religious buildings.

Located just off Castle Street, within the city walls, St John's Court Guest House in St John's Lane is the ideal base for those hoping to furnish their stay with the wealth of historical sights and activities to be found in Canterbury.
